Crane and Hoist Maintenance Training

(Course # HOMA-501)

This course will provide classroom and hands-on activities. Each student will be provided the opportunity to learn the following for power and manual operated hoists.

Classroom Instruction:

OSHA/ASME Standards and Interpretations
Hoist Terminology
Daily Operator Checklist
Frequent/Monthly Inspection Requirements
Periodic/Annual Inspection Requirements

Hands-on Training:

Complete tear down of manual lever hoist
Complete tear down of hand chain hoist
Complete tear down of Electric powered hoist
Disassembly of mechanical parts
Electrical theory and troubleshooting
Electrical wiring diagram (re-wire)

This training program can be conducted at customer's facility (recommended) or at CCTI, Inc. facility located in (Greensboro, NC).
